Hello to you all. I thought I would use this as an opportunity to tell you a bit more about my lifestyle, if you are at all interested!
I've been living on the road for a few years now, in a van with my partner J and our old dog Sundae. We mooch around Europe with not much of an aim except to surround ourselves with nature as much as possible. The beauty of this continent is mind-blowing.
I'll try not to make this just a travel blog, although mentioning our wanderings is hard to avoid. Right now we are in Slovenia, close to the capital for a bit of culture and city experience. We don't visit big cities too often, but Ljubljana (it took me four attempts to spell that correctly) is particularly beautiful and easily accessible on bikes.
It's not as peaceful as we normally like it, the buzz of the city is however, infectious, and we are off out tonight for some drinks and mingling. I can't imagine I'll get much reading or writing done while we are here, I'll see it as a holiday and get back to the books in a few days. Poor Sundae prefers a quieter spot. But she had some big walkies prior to parking up here, and the old girl needs some rest.
